Simply Saline dosing

Usual Adult Dose for Asthma -- Maintenance:

The initial dosage of inhaled Simply Saline is based on previous therapy as follows:
For patients currently on bronchodilator therapy alone, the recommended dosage is 80 mcg by metered dose inhaler for inhalation twice a day to a maximum of 160 mcg by metered dose inhaler twice a day.
Patients currently on inhaled corticosteroids should be started on 80 mcg by metered dose inhaler twice a day to a maximum of 320 mcg by metered dose inhaler twice a day.
Patients currently on oral corticosteroids should be started on 320 mcg by metered dose inhaler twice a day and these maximum doses should not be exceeded.
