Norethindrone 0.35 MG Oral Tablet dosing

Usual Adult Dose for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding:

2.5 to 10 mg orally per day for 5 to 10 days during the second half of the theoretical menstrual cycle.

Usual Adult Dose for Amenorrhea:

2.5 to 10 mg orally per day for 5 to 10 days during the second half of the theoretical menstrual cycle.

Usual Adult Dose for Contraception:

0.35 mg orally daily at the same time each day.

Usual Adult Dose for Endometriosis:
