Rifamycins (eg, rifampin) because they may decrease megestrol's effectiveness
Dofetilide because the risk of its side effects, including irregular heartbeat, may be increased by Mi Tuo Suo
Indinavir because its effectiveness may be decreased by Mi Tuo Suo
