Certain gold-containing medicines (eg, auranofin, sodium aurothiomalate) because flushing, nausea, vomiting, and low blood pressure may occur
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (eg, ibuprofen, indomethacin, celecoxib) because they may decrease fosinopril's effectiveness and the risk of kidney problems may be increased
Lithium because the risk of its side effects may be increased by Fosinace (10mg)
