What is Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule

Lowering high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood. It also increases high-density lipoprotein ("good") cholesterol levels. It is used along with an appropriate diet.
Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule is a lipid-lowering agent. It works by increasing a certain substance that helps to remove triglycerides from the blood. This also helps the body to decrease the amount of other bad cholesterol in the blood.

Important safety information:

• Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule may cause dizziness. This effect may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
• Do NOT take more than the recommended dose, change your dose, or stop taking Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule without checking with your doctor.

• Lab tests, including liver function, kidney function, blood cholesterol, and complete blood cell counts, may be performed while you use Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule. These tests may be used to monitor your condition or check for side effects. Be sure to keep all doctor and lab appointments.
• Use Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule with caution in the ELDERLY; they may be more sensitive to its effects, especially muscle problems.
• Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule should be used with extreme caution in CHILDREN; safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed.
• PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: It is not known if Antara 90 MG Oral Capsule can cause harm to the fetus. If you become pregnant or plan to become pregnant, contact your doctor.
